Senior Software Test Analyst (hands‑on) – up to £40k

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project test team’s activities.
• Work closely with test colleagues, development managers, stakeholders, business analysts and project managers.
• Ensure the standard of testing is modern and up to speed.
• Act as a key influencer and advisor for all things software testing.
• Remain hands‑on, performing manual testing on projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with manual software testing tools and SDLC.
• Experience leading/managing projects or test teams.
• ISTQB or ISEB qualified.
• Experience supporting test managers or lead testers is highly desirable.
