Job Summary

Highly successful British software house is looking for a Development Lead (C#, ASP.NET, Web API, Angular) to head an Agile/Scrum team and influence the future of our technology stack. You will manage a team of four and participate hands‑on in full stack development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of web applications using Web API, ASP.NET MVC, and Angular.
• Influence technology direction and best practices for future projects.
• Communicate effectively, mentor team members, and ensure high performance.
• Participate in sprint planning and maintain project timelines.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and Web API.
• Strong experience with Angular, JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, CSS3.
• Proficiency with RESTful Web Services and responsive/adaptive design.
• Experience in full‑stack development and working with UX/UI design documents.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Management experience leading a small team is preferred.
