Description

Highly successful British Software House is looking for a Software Development Team Leader/Principal Developer to head an Agile/Scrum team. The role involves both technical leadership and hands‑on development across the full stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of four developers, ensuring high productivity and quality.
• Influence technology strategy and shape future architecture decisions.
• Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET, C#, Web API, Angular (or AngularJS), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Design, build and expose RESTful web services.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and adaptive interfaces.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing and continuous integration.
• Collaborate with other development teams and stakeholders to deliver on business priorities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Senior/Principal C# developer.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing small teams.
• Deep knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, .NET, Web API, and SQL Server.
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or AngularJS.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with RESTful Web Services, responsive design and full stack development.
• Willingness to undergo training to strengthen Angular knowledge if needed.
