What you’ll own

• The CMAP inference pipeline end-to-end
• Latency budget owner — you set it, you defend it, you ship to it
• Carrier integration and verification model

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years building real-time systems (not necessarily voice)
• Comfortable with low-level networking, audio codecs, and SIP
• Strong opinions on inference architecture and latency budgets
• Direct: you tell us when something won’t work
