We are looking for a highly skilled Ruby on Rails / ROR Developer to join a dynamic team working with the latest innovative technologies. This role will involve working on exciting projects that are attracting great attention. You will work as an API / Ruby on Rails Developer on both mobile and web based projects, and will be responsible for documentation, technical leadership and mentoring of junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Mentor junior developers and lead project teams.
- Develop and maintain APIs and Web / Mobile applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Write test‑driven code (TDD) and create JSON APIs.
- Document technical solutions and workflows.
- Use JIRA for issue tracking and project management.
- Work with CoffeeScript and related technologies.
- Collaborate with the team on best practices and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Top rate Ruby on Rails experience.
- Experience with mobile and/or web development.
- Proficient in TDD and JSON.
- Experience with JIRA, CoffeeScript, and related tools.
- Additional experience with Ansible, Sidekiq, PostgreSQL, or Rex is a plus.
