Data Science Lead – Growth ML, pLTV & MMM

Flo in London is hiring a Data Science Lead to build and lead the Predictive Growth Optimisation team. You will steer ML models powering user acquisition, lifetime value forecasting, and multi-channel budget decisions, while shaping the core pLTV system and a Marketing Mix Modeling capability.

You’ll manage a 6+ person team, drive production ML systems at scale, and collaborate with Growth, Product and Finance to translate business problems into ML solutions.
