Remote AI-Driven Advisory Development Lead

Quilter plc is seeking an Advice & AI Development Officer to support the Head of Advice Development and the leadership team in driving governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across the Quilter Channel.

You will contribute to the design and rollout of AI-enabled solutions, enhance regulatory processes, and help ensure customer outcomes align with our Consumer Duty framework. A strong emphasis on data quality, efficiency, and scalable processes is key.
