Advanced Resource Managers is seeking an experienced Principal Asset Surveyor to manage its £519m commercial property portfolio based in Leicestershire. The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence 2 days per week (one day must be Wednesday) and close interaction with external consultants and stakeholders.
You will lead on asset management, investment appraisals and lease events, delivering strategic recommendations to maximise value and support the organisation’s long-term objectives.
