Pastoral Year Manager | Student Welfare & Attendance Lead

Monkwearmouth Academy, part of Tyne Coast Academy Trust, is seeking a Year Manager to support a year group with pastoral duties and to promote academic progression. The role is 37 hours per week, term time plus 10 days, with a pro-rata salary of £27,581 – £29,472 per annum.

You will handle attendance, punctuality, behaviour and uniform standards, act as first point of contact for parents, and may supervise classes or deliver assemblies.
