Head of Credit Risk & Pricing — Hybrid London

Harnham in London is seeking a Head of/Senior Manager – Credit and Pricing to shape credit decisions at scale for a high‑growth fintech. You will own credit strategy, pricing and unit economics, balancing risk with profitability across multiple products and markets.

You will collaborate with credit risk, product, engineering and analytics teams, translating data into insights for senior stakeholders and maintaining hands‑on work with SQL and Python to embed strategy into decisioning systems.
