Key Responsibilities

• Office-based role dealing with new business enquiries.
• Consult with clients to determine required coverages.
• Broking to the market and negotiating with underwriters.
• Creating quotations, setting up computer records, and issuing documentation.
• Developing a strong understanding of systems and policy wordings.
• Taking advantage of training and development to potentially gain CII certificates and become a fully fledged Account Executive.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales, preferably in personal lines or commercial motor/motor fleet.
• Strong telephone communication skills and motivation to meet targets.
• Aiming to progress into commercial insurance and achieve earnings through competitive salary and generous commission.
