As a Relationship Manager III within PNC’s Financial Services UK Limited, within PNC Business Credit organization, you will be based in Haywards Heath, UK.
This position will reside in the United Kingdom and PNC will not assist with relocation or sponsorship of non-local candidates.

Responsibilities
- Set relationship strategies and direct relationship management activities with existing clients to ensure client retention, risk management and revenue growth.
- Work independently and may mentor other team members.
- Handle the origination, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services with high levels of complexity.
- Prepare approval documents using independent judgment to identify risks and mitigants and analyze credit, collateral strength, and financial worthiness of loan/transaction parties.
- Manage risk/return and drive quality for existing clients, actively identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
- Expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
- Provide client retention strategies by offering ideas and insights based on an in-depth understanding of the client’s needs and their financial well‑being.
- Increase client engagement and loyalty.
- Leverage an established and effective network of internal and external relationships to enhance the client experience.
- Present the full range of PNC’s products and services to clients.
- Negotiate workout options with customers to reduce risks and losses under applicable oversight.
- Work with internal and external business partners and borrowers to better secure collateral coverage.

Qualifications
- University or college degree required; higher level education such as a Masters, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
- Industry‑relevant experience typically 8+ years; specific certifications often required, but in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
- Preferred Skills: Book of Business, Client Relationship Building, Credit Processes, Credit Products, Customer Engagement, Decision Making, Financial Analysis, Identifying Sales Opportunities.
- Competencies: Accuracy and Attention to Detail, Business Acumen, Collateral Management, Credit Analysis and Verification, Customer Experience Management, Effective Communications, Financial Engineering, Regulatory Environment – Financial Services.
- Languages, certificates, and licenses: No required certifications or licenses.
