Senior Team Manager – Children & Looked After Care

Vibe Care are seeking a Team Manager (Grade 15) for the Children We Care For team within Children’s Social Care. The post is based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, with travel across the county and flexible hours as required.

Full-time 37 hours per week, with responsibility for supervision, safeguarding, permanency planning, and leadership in delivering safe, high-quality services to looked after children. The role requires senior social work qualifications and strong inter-agency collaboration.
