• Produce, maintain, and analyse Excel and Power BI reports to support operational performance and decision-making.• Use mapping, telemetry, and work management systems to monitor activities and create operational reports.• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.• Support the delivery of leakage reduction targets by providing accurate data and performance information.• Coordinate network corrections and repair activities with operational teams and other departments.• Organise and oversee equipment trials and liaise with suppliers to resolve equipment issues.• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.• Manage day-to-day priorities independently, escalating issues where appropriate.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to capture, interpret, and report on complex data.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Confidence using mobile technology and IT systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while managing tasks independently.
