Property Finance Analyst — Budgeting, Forecasting & Insights

Boots UK is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst – Property for our Nottingham site. You will report to the Finance Business Partner – Property and join a team of five within a department of around 20.

Your focus will be on investment performance, budgeting, and rent-related financial processes. The role requires part-qualification in CIMA/ACCA, strong Excel modeling skills, and experience in management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
