Hybrid Rent Setting Specialist – Impactful Social Housing

L&Q, a leading UK housing association, is recruiting a Rent Setting Specialist to join the Rent Team. You will help calculate social rent charges, shared ownership rents and annual increases, ensuring compliance with the Rent Standard and regulations.

The role reports to the Rent & Service Charge Performance Manager and requires collaboration with Lettings, Neighbourhoods, Income, Customer Services, Finance and IT teams to implement accurate rents and resolve queries.
