GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a Senior Employee Central HR Analyst to lead UKI and EU SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, translating complex requirements into scalable HR technology solutions.

You will configure EC foundations, MDF, and rules, own position management and data structure, and manage integrations and data quality for global deployments. Hybrid work in Northampton with 40 hours/week.
