Senior Finance Change & Controls Lead

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Senior Finance Manager – Change & Controls to strengthen operational controls and governance across the Group Finance function. You will lead a small team, partnering with Finance Directors and Internal Audit to drive control maturity and risk management in key business processes.

The role reports to the Group Financial Controller and offers hybrid working with three days in the office to stay close to customers.
