School Nurse (Band 5) — Drive Child Health & Wellbeing

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Band 5 School Nurse to work within a public health nursing team, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to school-aged children and their families across schools, clinics, homes and community venues.

You will contribute to the Healthy Child Programme and support children and young people with a wide range of health needs. You will be supervised by a Senior School Nurse or Team Leader and manage a delegated caseload.
