Locum GP – 6 Sessions/Week in Hampshire Practice

The Swan Medical Group is seeking a long-term Locum GP to provide 6 sessions per week, primarily across our Liss surgeries in Hampshire. You will look after an established patient list and work within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Role is based across Liss and surrounding sites with collaboration from clinical pharmacists, physiotherapists, and a dedicated frailty team. Strong patient continuity and team collaboration are essential.
