Profiles Creative in London is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to lead our Creative, Social & Content desk. You will drive new business, place freelance talent into brands and agencies across FMCG, Food & Drink, and related sectors, and grow the desk with entrepreneurial flair.

You should have proven freelance/temp recruitment experience, be fast, assertive, and able to build strong relationships with line managers. We offer a generous commission structure and a blended home/office model.
