Senior CTAC Nurse: Community Care Leader

NHS Grampian’s Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership invites a experienced registered nurse to join the Community Treatment and Care service (CTAC) in Aberdeen City. This is a permanent 36-hour post based in CTAC Clinics, with flexibility across Aberdeen City H&SCP to meet service demands.

As a senior nurse, you will provide day-to-day leadership for patient care, allocate and supervise staff, and work closely with the CTAC Team Lead.
