Are you a Registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker who is passionate about helping people achieve meaningful recovery and live well within their communities?

Working within a collaborative and recovery-focused team, you’ll support people with severe and enduring mental health difficulties, helping them build on their strengths, increase independence and achieve their personal goals.
You’ll manage your own caseload, deliver evidence-based interventions, and work alongside individuals, families, carers and partner organisations to provide holistic, person‑centred care. As an experienced practitioner, you’ll also play an important role in shaping service development, supporting colleagues and contributing to the ongoing improvement of mental health services.
Please note that this role requires a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle with appropriate business insurance, as travel across the local community is an essential part of the position.
