Client-Focused Financial Assessment Officer

Hertfordshire County Council is seeking two Financial Assessment & Income Officers for fixed-term maternity cover (6 months and 12 months) in Stevenage. The role focuses on customer-facing financial assessments and care charging under the Care Act 2014, handling high volumes of enquiries, and delivering accurate information with empathy.
