Theatres Ward Lead – 24/7 Patient Care

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Sister (Band 6) to join our Division A Theatres team within the SDU. The role involves supporting the Senior Sister in day-to-day ward management and delivering high standards of patient care across a 24-hour service.

You will lead and mentor the nursing team, collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement.
