Patient Flow Lead: Optimize Bed Capacity & Safe Discharge

Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Patient Flow Lead to drive safe, effective and timely patient movement across the hospital, coordinating with clinical teams, wards and discharge services to optimise bed capacity and timely discharge.

The post holder will provide visible operational leadership, use data to identify risks and opportunities, and support governance, performance reporting and service improvements across patient flow and site operations.
