Hybrid Tenancy & Income Advisor

Bromford Flagship LiveWest is seeking a Housing Income Officer to manage rent accounts across a local patch, support customers to sustain their tenancies and improve financial wellbeing.

You’ll provide advice on rent, arrears, budgeting and welfare benefits, prepare and present cases at court when needed, and work with local teams to deliver joined‑up outcomes in a place‑based way.

This permanent, full-time role is 37.5 hours per week with hybrid working and a commitment to helping communities.
