ENT Consultant

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated ENT Consultant to join Xyla Services for a Saturday service in Hillingdon, providing high‑quality medical care to NHS patients. The successful candidate will be integral to our consultant-led care model, working within a stable, well‑equipped clinical and digital environment, and contributing to the ongoing development, quality and sustainability of services.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultant‑led care to NHS‑referred patients, including those accessed through the e-Referral Service and insourcing pathways.
• See up to 25 patients onsite per day, Monday‑Saturday only, between 08:00 and 18:00.
• Maintain the highest standards of clinical governance, patient safety and service efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement and leadership within the service.

Qualifications

• Held a substantive NHS consultant post or a long‑term locum consultant post (defined as two years or more within the same NHS Trust).
• CCT registered.
• GMC registered, preferably on the Specialist Register.
