Oxford Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to assess, diagnose and treat patients with acute illness in GP OOH settings. You will undertake telephone triage, base visits and home visiting, with shifts across weekdays, evenings, weekends and overnight.
The post provides overnight clinical leadership for visiting practitioners, including training, HR issues, sickness management and 1:1 support.
