Trauma-Informed Wellbeing Project Lead (Remote)

South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Project Lead and Facilitator to help shape a pioneering, trauma-informed wellbeing programme for staff, students and volunteers.

You will coordinate day-to-day delivery, deliver trauma-awareness training and coaching, and work with HEIs, Employee Assistance Programme and Occupational Health to embed equity, inclusion and psychological safety throughout the programme.
