Room Manager: Early Years Leader (Flexible Hours)

N Family Club is seeking a Room Manager in Leatherhead to lead a team of Educators in a busy nursery. You will drive excellent care, and inspire your colleagues to deliver high-quality early years education. In a fast-paced setting, you’ll champion continous improvement and ensure every child receives outstanding support.

You will shape daily routines, plan engaging activities, and coach staff to deliver the N Curriculum, while building strong parent partnerships and safeguarding best practices.
