Pharmacist Manager — Lead a Growing Community Pharmacy

Wells & Co. in Bourne is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference in our community pharmacy. The role is commutable from Peterborough and sits at the heart of the local community, with strong ties to the GP surgery/health centre.

You will oversee daily operations from 9am-6pm, mentor staff, and uphold high professional standards, while delivering a wide range of services including NMS, BP, vaccination programs, and travel services.
