Care Home Manager – Compassionate, Impactful Leadership

Crystal Care Collection is seeking a General Manager for Tudor House in Thornbury, opening Summer 2025. You will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running, promoting a caring environment with high standards of personal care, privacy and dignity for Residents.

You will supervise care delivery, ensure legal compliance, manage budgets, recruitment and training, and maintain strong relationships with staff and external partners.
