Mental Health Practitioner role primarily nights for our Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team, based within Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust, with flexible 24/7 shift patterns to ensure continuous service provision.
The post involves intensive crisis resolution and home treatment, risk assessment, care and safety planning, and delivery of specialist interventions. You will support the team, supervise juniors, and maintain clinical records in a multidisciplinary setting.
