Night-Shift Unit Manager — Care Home Leader

Avery Healthcare is hiring a Unit Manager (Non-Clinical) at Abbey Court Care Home in Cannock to support the care home management team in delivering high-quality care in a safe, caring and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. The role requires NVQ 3 or equivalent in care, 2 years experience with residents, knowledge of CQC Fundamental standards, and the ability to lead staff in the manager’s absence.
