Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking an Associate Mental Health Practitioner for our Community CAMHS Service. The post supports newly qualified Nurses or AHPs working with children and young people with diverse emotional and mental health needs.
You will conduct assessments, create care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions including group work, while maintaining professional standards and liaising with other agencies within a multi-agency framework.
