Laboratory Operations Manager | Safety & Compliance

QinetiQ is seeking a Laboratory Manager for the Farnborough site to create and maintain safe, efficient laboratory operations. You will coordinate facilities and equipment with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring governance and security requirements are met.

Your responsibilities include managing lab operations, calibration, asset tracking, contractor coordination, and procurement support, while driving continuous improvement across the facilities.
