About the Role
As a highly experienced Senior Graphic Designer you will concept, craft and create exceptional visual design work that can be delivered across omni‑channel customer touchpoints, from campaigns to social, digital and packaging. Under the direction of the Graphic Design Manager or Senior Lead, this role will be responsible for concepting and crafting exceptional visual design and creative work.
In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 – 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £5.25 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements. Expected salary up to £60,000 depending on experience. Contract type: Permanent. Working pattern/flexible working: hybrid – a mix of office and home. The team aims for around 3 days a week in the office. Location: London Head Office campus, Pimlico. Travel to the office is the candidate’s responsibility; no travel allowance.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate high levels of taste, brand design guideline mastery and creative strategy knowledge to develop on‑brand creatives.
- Produce and present conceptual ideas and creative work to the Graphic Design Manager, Senior Leads and relevant stakeholders.
- Respond to constructive feedback and iterate concepts for approval.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience as a mid‑senior creative designer.
- Proficient across key design applications in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strong understanding of brand and creative strategy.
- Exceptional typographic, layout, composition and colour skills.
- Experience working within or for fashion, home and lifestyle industries.
- High taste levels and awareness of latest creative trends.
- Experience with motion design and design for social.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience evolving generative creative technology.
- 3D and/or illustrative skills.

- Salary: £47,000.00 – £73,500.00 annually
