• Coordinating development across significant areas of the project• Supporting cross-discipline teams in delivering exciting features and content• Utilising JIRA and other planning tools to organise, schedule, and monitor progress• Creating and refining pipelines that help developers work efficiently and sustainably• Maintaining trust and communication with internal teams, stakeholders and external partners• Identifying risks and blockers and finding solutions to emerging issues• Leading sprint planning, stand-ups and reviews
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Producer with at least two shipped PC or console titles
- Solid understanding of Agile development practices
- Ability to communicate confidently across all organisational levels
- Strong collaborator who can facilitate cross‑discipline teamwork
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
