Description

Join a small team of designers at a Nottingham‑based Software House. Work with developers, business analysts and product managers to design UI for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Creating highly polished UIs and iconography
• Gathering information on users and applying insights to improve design decisions
• Producing deliverables such as research reports, personas, requirements, user journeys, wireframes and mock‑ups
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure consistency across products and platforms
• Preparing and conducting user testing, workshops, and presenting results to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Ability to design outstanding UIs across multiple platforms
• Experience presenting solutions from sketches & wireframes to prototypes and hi‑definition mock‑ups
• Expert knowledge of UI techniques and tools
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and prototyping tools like Axure (UX experience is an advantage)
• Excellent communication skills
