Remote IT Field Service Engineer – Retail Store Tech

American Golf is recruiting an IT Field Service Engineer to support our retail stores across the South region of the UK and Ireland, with travel across other areas as needed. This is a field‑based role with some home‑working flexibility and visits to head office for training.

You will provide on‑site and remote IT support for tills, POS and store hardware, train staff, and work with the IT Operations Manager to improve service delivery and incident response.
