Omega Resource Group is seeking a Machine Shop Shift Supervisor in Bristol to lead a CNC shop on a three-shift rotating pattern. You will drive safety, quality and production targets, and mentor a skilled team to meet customer demands.
Reporting into the Manufacturing Manager, you will oversee daily operations, run safety briefings, manage performance reviews, and implement continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve OEE in a precision manufacturing environment.
