Overview

Our Client Integration Engineers are experienced client‑facing digital technologists. You will become responsible for providing technical solutions and strategies to help our clients achieve their digital marketing objectives. This includes integrating new clients onto the Epsilon platforms, managing the technical relationship with existing clients, driving automation initiatives and providing technical sales support. An Epsilon Client Integration Engineer is a unique hybrid role that combines aspects of a web technologist, business analyst and solutions architect.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Leverage technical capabilities, commercial acumen and knowledge of the Epsilon platform to design and deliver actionable strategies and solutions. Reporting to the Director of Client Integration you will collaborate across Sales, Account Management, Media Delivery, Product and Engineering teams to produce high‑quality results either as a subject‑matter expert or facilitator.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Develop scripts, maintain database tables and process data feeds to support new client initiatives.
  • Integrate clients into the Epsilon system: design, develop, implement and test technical solutions based on client and business requirements.
  • Conceptualize integration strategies for complex, large‑scale clients while providing ongoing support and maintenance for existing clients.
  • Identify and develop enhancement opportunities and best practices across the enterprise through innovation, automation and knowledge sharing.
  • Work with internal and external cross‑teams globally, including engineering, analytics, account management, product management and sales.
  • Oversee troubleshooting of issues impacting the team and drive them to resolution.

Who You Are

  • What you’ll bring with you:
    • Ideally 3+ years’ experience in a similar digital role.
    • Strong knowledge of digital ad tagging, tracking scripts & pixels and measurement.
    • Experience with DSPs, Ad Servers, SSPs, CDPs and DMPs.
    • Proven experience troubleshooting discrepancies in impression, click and conversion data.
    • Ability to identify and resolve ad delivery, tracking and reporting issues.
    • Experience with UTM parameters, URL structures and query strings for campaign tracking.
    • Familiarity with programmatic buying and real‑time bidding mechanics.
    • Understanding of brand safety, viewability and fraud detection technologies.
    • Passion for problem‑solving and analytical thinking.
    • Inquisitive with a drive to understand the purpose behind tasks.
    • Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style.
    • Advanced coding experience in JavaScript, SQL, HTML.
    • Enjoy working in an energetic and engaging team environment.
    • Interest in the digital industry with a good understanding of online tracking technologies and the digital marketing landscape.
    • Experience in a solutions architect/engineer or similar technical role in AdTech or a related field.
  • Why you might stand out:
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.
    • Knowledge of PHP, shell, python beneficial.
