Facilities Electrical Engineer — BMS, CMMS & HV

CBRE, Inc. is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to perform routine preventive maintenance on HV/LV distribution systems, HVAC, and building services within a portfolio of sites. The role requires CMMS/BMS familiarity, strong fault investigation, and the ability to work shifts.

You will develop knowledge of the buildings and collaborate with Facilities Managers, maintaining safety and compliance standards and supporting emergency cover as part of a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
