Field Service Engineer – F-Gas Training & Progression

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, maintain and install commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The role covers Gloucester, Bristol and Worcester with occasional nationwide travel, and includes funded F-Gas training as part of ongoing development.

You will join a growing team, working Monday–Friday (40 hours) with optional overtime and a structured progression path.
