SwiftCruit seeks a Senior CAD Team Lead to mentor CAD Technicians and Junior Technicians on civil engineering projects in the UK. You will ensure technical excellence, quality compliance, and drive sustainable digital/CAD solutions across the practice.

You will lead design and production using AutoCAD and Civil3D, oversee BIM workflows, coordinate resources, support recruitment, and maintain robust document control and QA processes.
