Description

Technical Author with experience in software environments and Adobe Framemaker. The role involves architecting, writing, and maintaining technical documentation, collaborating with software development and product teams, producing training materials, and participating in testing activities.

Responsibilities

• Architect, write and maintain complex technical documentation
• Work closely with software development and product teams to translate information into user-friendly guides
• Follow corporate guidelines, procedures, and SOPs
• Produce software training material
• Participate in testing activities as needed

Qualifications

• Degree educated (or equivalent) and capable of working with complex global software in a regulated environment
• Experience with Adobe Framework and/or image editing software desired
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, self-driven and determined
