Principality is seeking an experienced Operations Engineer to own core banking, payments and job scheduling platforms. You’ll lead major incidents, drive automation and mentor teammates to ensure systems stay stable, secure and available for customers.

In this hybrid role with flexible working, you’ll collaborate across IT Operations, Development and Security while delivering robust recovery plans and continuous improvement. On‑call rota participation is included.
