Senior Project Manager – Residential Developments Leader

Energy Jobline ZR in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee major property projects from inception to completion, based in Birmingham. You will take full ownership of client relationships, drive programme, cost and quality, and coordinate multidisciplinary consultants across the lifecycle.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree, possess extensive consultancy or main contracting experience, and have a strong track record delivering residential/building schemes.
