Engineering Manager (DevEx & DevOps) – Remote

Tem-Energy is building an AI-native energy platform with a global reach, hiring for an Engineering Manager to lead DevEx and DevOps. You will shape how the two teams operate, align priorities, and speed up engineering work while maintaining autonomy and strong engineering standards.

You’ll drive a remote-first culture, hire and coach Staff and Senior Engineers, and stay hands-on to ensure tooling and processes reduce friction across the development lifecycle.
